Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in negotiating large premium brands and building relationships with key retailers across Southeast Asia.

Main Tasks:
  • Design and implement a procurement strategy that secures competitive rewards while optimizing costs and supplier terms.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with global brands and key retailers across Southeast Asia, securing favorable pricing and exclusive deals.
  • Discover and onboard new suppliers to enhance our rewards catalog and drive growth.
  • Improve procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement efforts with business goals and customer demands.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by leading and mentoring a team of procurement professionals.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of procurement experience, preferably within consumer electronics, retail, or loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating large-scale deals with premium brands like Apple, Dyson, and top retailers.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with key retailers and suppliers across Southeast Asia.
  • Experience driving improvements in procurement KPIs, including cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and contract optimization.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
