Facilities Management Coordinator

Job Overview:
About the RoleAs a CBRE Asia Pacific team member, you will play a critical role in supervising the facilities team to ensure seamless operations. This position is part of our Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of asset operations, providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.
- Manage daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff to optimize performance.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers, ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
- Maintain equipment through regular maintenance arrangements.
- Analyze data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management, suggesting improvements for increased efficiency.
- Coordinate cleaning and disinfecting schedules for the building.
- Evaluate new vendors by comparing costs and benefits through market research.
- Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
- Resolve complex problems and identify effective approaches to existing solutions to achieve team objectives.
- Develop innovative techniques to meet team objectives.
- Directly impact team and related team objectives.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes positively influence customer objectives.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, guiding the team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures.
