Our ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:
  • Work with other engineers to build, test, deploy, and maintain software from development through to production.
  • Contribute to platform health, ensuring that our systems are reliable, resilient, and efficient.
  • Develop software employing current software engineering best practices fit for purpose.
  • Operational support of our systems, including incident response, CI/CD, monitoring/alerting, some database and system administration, etc.


In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to build software in alignment with existing frameworks and SEEK's technology strategy. You will work effectively within the team, contributing to existing DevOps environments and supporting end-users by providing guidance on how to use our platforms and debugging potential issues they may face.

If you have experience with cloud-based application deployment, proficiency in Java, modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript, and automated testing, we would love to hear from you.
