  10. Remediation and Troubleshooting: Perform remediation tasks, troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
  11. Trend Analysis and Diagnostic Tools: Develop trends analysis by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems, and support requests, and use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems.
Requirements
  1. Technical Knowledge and Experience: Hands-on technical knowledge of operating systems, standards tools, and networking protocols, with practical experience with GPOs, SCCM, packaging, and scripting.
  2. Professional Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience as a Microsoft Windows engineer in a large and complex IT enterprise environment.
  3. Industry Certifications: Industry certifications, including A+, N+, and/or MCTS/MCITP.
  4. Education: College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, or 2 years equivalent work experience.
Skills
  1. Team Working Skills: Good team working skills.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
  3. Technical Skills: SCCM administration, PowerShell scripting, packaging (Admin studio).
