Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Strategist to join our team at Yayasan Ar Ri'ayah.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Innovative Fundraising Strategies: Design and implement effective fundraising plans to enhance the foundation's financial sustainability.
  • Optimize Fundraising Programs: Enhance existing programs to maximize revenue generation and donor engagement.
  • Prepare Proposals and Plans: Develop comprehensive proposals, strategic plans, budgets, and supporting materials for fundraising initiatives.
  • Secure Grants and Sponsorships: Identify, secure, and manage grants and sponsorship funding to support programs and initiatives.
  • Liaise with Donors: Serve as the primary liaison between the foundation and donors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Strategize and execute stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster strong, long-term partnerships that contribute to fundraising objectives.
  • Evaluate Performance: Compile and present performance evaluation reports on the effectiveness and impact of fundraising programs and projects.
