  • Champion strategic account management for adopted solutions;
  • Spearhead regional payroll management with KPMG local firms;
  • Manage engagement teams for timely delivery with quality;
  • Monitor debtors and oversee billings;
  • Participate in project management as functional consultant;
  • Maintain related clients' SOP and policies documents;
  • Foster collaboration amongst team members.

Business Development Support

  1. Support development of sales presentation slides;
  2. Aid proposal process for assigned target accounts;
  3. Maintain clients'/prospective clients' database;
  4. Review proposals drafted by POs;
  5. Nurture relationships within KPMG network.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree and relevant post-graduate qualification;
  2. 6-8 years of working experience in Payroll Administration and outsourcing environment;
  3. Strong project management ability and conceptual thinking skills;
  4. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  5. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change;
  6. Keen to play a pivotal role in a focused Payroll service delivery team.
