Job Overview
The DKSH Group seeks a highly skilled Product Management Expert to lead our Consumer Health portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch and growth of our products in the market.

In this role, you will play a strategic role in ensuring that our product range meets market trends and requirements. You will monitor consumer tastes and preferences at the local level and ensure that our inventory levels are managed within contractual agreements.

You will also conduct financial feasibility studies of promotion activities to ensure alignment with profit objectives and provide listing standards for distribution channels considering product relevance, sale potential, entry cost, and market return risks.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of business principles and practices, as well as advanced research and analytical skills. If you have a degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field and 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Play a strategic role in ensuring range and product selection meets market trends and requirements
- Monitor the brands' proactive approach towards consumer tastes and preferences at the local level
- Ensure inventory levels are managed within contractual agreements
- Conduct financial feasibility study of promotion activities to ensure alignment with profit objectives
- Provide listing standards for the distribution channels considering product relevance, sale potential, entry cost, and market return risks

Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Allied Health or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry managing the Consumer Health portfolio
