The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing decommissioning projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare work plans and tender documentation for offshore removal engineering and disposal engineering.
  • Participate in identifying methods for demolition activities.
  • Ensure that engineering is carried out according to customer requirements, quality, time, and productivity standards.
  • Minimize risk in engineering design according to the ALARP principle.
  • Ensure that engineering is executed according to the project manual.
  • Assist in developing the engineering schedule and weekly engineering phase.
  • Plan and execute preparations for offshore surveys in the engineering phase.
  • Assist in preparing relevant work procedures.
  • Verify, review, and validate design quality, register results, and update as necessary.
  • Ensure correct approval of documents.
  • Aid in document control to ensure documents are produced in accordance with project procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • MSc or BSc in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a field or project engineer role within the oil and gas industry.
  • Technical background or other practical experience is preferred.
