In your new role as an Operations Planning and Controlling Expert, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our semiconductor manufacturing processes. Your focus will be on leveraging data insights to inform business-critical projects and LEAN initiatives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Operations, Planning, and Controlling end-to-end operations, becoming a subject matter expert to provide consultative services and propose improvements cross-functionally.
  • Drive standardization and harmonization improvement projects, ensuring all process documentations are regularly updated and compliant with audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to KPIs for contract manufacturers.
  • Develop competence and expertise in specific technical areas, driving improvements and equipping others with such competencies within the scope of digitalization/automation.
  • Handle operations topics related to assigned contract manufacturers' performance on a project basis.

Your Profile

\

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

\
  • Bachelor Degree Qualification in Operations/Engineering/IT/Systems fields preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Planning, Process, and/or Manufacturing.
  • Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
  • Possess skillset and ability to drive projects and implementation in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP/programming skills/data analytics will be an added advantage.
