Job Title: Autoparts Branch Manager / Outlet Manager

In this full-time role, you will oversee the daily operations of our auto parts retail store in Butterworth, Penang. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the auto parts industry and a proven track record of leading a successful retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staffing
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  4. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the store's profitability
  6. Collaborate with the regional management team on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a retail store manager or assistant manager in the auto parts industry
  • Strong understanding of auto parts, accessories, and equipment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
