About the Role -

The Store Supervisor oversees day-to-day retail store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include delivering retail sales and profit according to company targets, maintaining store visual merchandise, and leading a team of retail associates.

Responsibilities -

  1. Drive retail sales and profit growth through effective leadership and teamwork.
  2. Maintain store visual displays and ensure they meet company standards.
  3. Recruit, interview, and train new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  4. Lead and communicate effectively with the sales team, providing coaching and training as needed.
  5. Zoning on the selling floor to optimize customer engagement.
  6. Develop product knowledge and customer service skills among team members through various activities and training sessions.
  7. Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure smooth store operations and participate in weekly meetings and sales reporting with management.

Qualifications -

  1. A minimum of Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U qualification in any field.

Requirements -

  1. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts and think critically.
  2. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient store operations.
  3. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, on a shift basis.
  4. Sales-driven and passionate about fashion retail.
  5. Willingness to work at Calvin Klein Sunway Carnival Mall (Seberang Perai, Penang).
  6. Full-time position available.
