- Maintaining and repairing various plant facilities, including HVAC systems, compressed air systems, building management systems, electrical systems, communication networks, CCTV and door access systems, cleanrooms, water supply systems, plumbing systems, fire-fighting systems, pest control, and industrial effluent treatment systems.
- Preparing and updating CAD drawings as necessary.
- Assisting with troubleshooting problems with equipment and systems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.
- Maintaining inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
- Providing training and guidance to technicians and contractors as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in plant facilities maintenance.
