You will work closely with our technicians and contractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, compressed air systems, building management systems, electrical systems, communication networks, CCTV and door access systems, cleanrooms, water supply systems, plumbing systems, fire-fighting systems, pest control, and industrial effluent treatment systems.
- Preparing and updating CAD drawings as necessary.
- Assisting with troubleshooting problems with equipment and systems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.
- Maintaining inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in plant facilities maintenance.
