Air Liquide's operations team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their ranks as an Operations Lead. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process related operations, with at least 8 years of experience in a related industry. A degree in Engineering or a relevant field is also required. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification or experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
Review and plan maintenance activities with maintenance engineers and IMO experts to minimize unplanned production downtime and equipment failures.
Liaise with other departments and external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
