Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete full-fledged home-fiber installations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Solve customer problems by offering product solutions and providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers, meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.
  • Coordinate complex and multi-party service delivery, including WiFi solutioning and smart home services.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field.
