About the Role

This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of our office administration and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  2. Manage schedules and workflows to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales, Bid, and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of orders and effective communication channels.
  4. Provide regular updates to the Head of CSA, Marketing & Admin for the Asia Region on order processing status, accounts receivable, and administrative issues.
  5. Coordinate logistical arrangements, including issuing purchase orders, liaising with vendors, and managing packing and shipping processes.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in administration and sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or equivalent is essential. Familiarity with order processes and administration operations is also required.
