About the Position

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and shipping arrangements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Reconcile sales entries and check processing.
  2. Follow up and liaise with internal sections.
  3. Support regular office operations if required.
  4. Carry out all assignments as required by management from time to time.
  5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of administrative and sales support functions.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including familiarity with SQL/SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative in completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Punctuality: Strong time management skills, punctuality, and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
  • Professionalism: Possess a positive working attitude, good personality, and a strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
  • Communication Proficiency: Conversational fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin for effective team and client interaction.
