Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver proper maintenance & engineering work for Overhead Crane, Air compressor system, Cooling water system, Boiler, and Gas system.
  • Develop and enhance Maintenance strategy, PM Work list, and Spare part management.
  • Control budgets, timescales, and specifications.
  • Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable, and efficient.
  • Lead CBM initiatives (Basic knowledge of Vibration measurement, DPT, and UT).
  • Able to troubleshoot Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems / read Pneumatic and Hydraulic diagrams.
  • Experience in AutoCAD drawing and modification of machine parts.
  • Lead CAPEX for projects from budgeting and monitoring of costs within the planned budget.
  • Update equipment breakdown findings and propose permanent countermeasures by conducting RCA analysis.
  • Support emergency repairs of equipment and minimize downtime by preventive measures on reoccurrence.

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience managing and maintaining facilities critical equipment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines.
  • Experience in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment – preferably continuous operation process equipment.
  • Experience in planning and organizing major equipment maintenance.
  • Safety management & contractor management experience.
