Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls related to supplier payments.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of supplier payment data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Help maintain and update supplier payment records and transaction histories.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payment-related issues and inquiries from suppliers.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of supplier payment processes and procedures.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications required for initial consideration include pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR operations and supplier payment management is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills with attention to detail are also desirable.
