Junior Key Account Manager Position

We are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, take instructions well and support the management of Key Accounts.

The candidate will assist in maintaining and growing relationships with key merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor Merchants' ad campaign performance metrics, KPIs and provide regular reports to merchants to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize Campaigns, adjust targeting and refine strategies to enhance overall performance.

  • Account Relationship Building:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Key Merchants, understanding their business objectives, and able to advise latest e-commerce trends and practices while maintaining professional relationships.

  • Enable high adoption of SHOPLINE value-added services such as Ads, Payments, Logistics, POS & etc.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Merchants to promote revenue growth.

  • Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and implement Strategic plans to increase Key Accounts' Revenue Growth.

  • Educate merchants on optimizing their webstore and Social Commerce based on different industry needs.

  • Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize account value.

  • Internal Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.

  • Provide regular updates on account status and merchant-related developments to reporting manager and management.
