Customer Relationship Manager, Wealth Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Wealth Banking. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives.
You will provide exceptional customer service while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in financial solutions and ability to identify business opportunities will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.
About Our Team
Wealth and Retail Banking serves millions of clients worldwide, providing a range of banking services including deposits, payments, financing, and wealth management. Our client continuum spans from mass retail to affluent clients, served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to deliver tailored products and services.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Manage existing and potential customers, providing sound advice on effective financial management and portfolio expansion.
- Relationship Development: Acquire and deepen relationships with New to Bank Priority Clients, identifying business opportunities related to core business products or referring to supporting channels.
- Product Marketing: Promote a wide range of banking products and services, such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and other retail banking products, targeting clients with assets under management above $250,000.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Passionate about growing your career in banking wealth sales.
- Financial Services Background: Experience in the Financial Services industry, such as personal banking and/or financial consulting, would be an added advantage.
- Certifications: Relevant certification, such as FIMM & Bancassurance license, is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, dynamic, result-driven, and self-motivated.
