Job Description

The APAC Payroll Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the processing of payroll for employees in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will also assist with data reporting for monthly and annual reconciliations, maintain a high level of payroll master data accuracy, and respond to any HR-related questions via multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for APAC employees, primarily from Taiwan.
  • Assist with data reporting for monthly and annual reconciliations.
  • Maintain a high level of payroll master data accuracy.
  • Respond to any HR-related questions via multi-channels, e.g., ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • Preferably speak other languages, e.g., Mandarin.
  • Maintain integrity in maintaining data compliance and privacy.
  • Proven knowledge of APAC payroll practices and procedures specifically for Taiwan.
  • Experience in managing blue collar employees and/or employees from manufacturing/semiconductor industry.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced global working environment.
  • Experience in the HR Shared Services environment.
  • Good knowledge of SuccessFactors and, preferably, SAP HR Module.
