Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Project Manager/Security Associate Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cryptographic operations department, you will be responsible for developing and executing security projects that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables, establish project timelines and milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders to identify security requirements. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of these projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute security projects: Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables: Establish project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: Identify security requirements and ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor project progress: Communicate project status, potential bottlenecks, and key deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Ensure security requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Action ad-hoc requests: Tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Blockchain/cryptocurrency knowledge: Preferable.
  • Project management experience: 3+ years, with a proven record of security projects and blockchain-related project implementation. Passion for the cryptocurrency domain.
  • Excellent project management skills: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or PMP desirable.
  • Time management and willingness to learn: Ability to work independently.
  • Language skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
