Sales and Business Development Manager

An established Medical Device Distributor specializing in rehabilitative, preventive, and diagnostic equipment. We have an established presence in the medical industry and are expanding to wellness and senior care industries. Our products mainly come from Europe and the US.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to manage sales and promotion of our medical devices to existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will establish new business accounts and relationships with stakeholders such as government authorities, market players, and related stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate and safeguard market shares.
- Organize and conduct CMEs, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and user trainings.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, or roadshows that generate sales.
- Prepare and negotiate tender documents/trade deals.
- Periodically assess and review business performance according to the company's direction.
The successful candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in bio-engineering, physiotherapy, sport science, or its equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Additionally, the candidate must have own transport and be willing to travel within the country.
