Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Support Specialist to join our team at AS White Global.

This role will involve working closely with our clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional support and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processing of manual invoices and schedules.
  • Arranging certificates of currency for all classes of insurance.
  • Preparation of renewal reviews for brokers.
  • Obtaining claims histories from insurers.
  • Management of client debtors.
  • Follow up of outstanding client documentation.
  • Uploading of documentation to internal and external systems including filing.
  • Respond to enquiries and requests for action from the onshore team.
  • Checking policy documentation.
  • Work effectively with team/work group as well as with the team in onshore location to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Take initiatives on implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • Must have strong administration skills; experience a plus, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
  • Fast learner and a team player.
  • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Able to execute sets of agreed processes to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate information delivery.
  • Experience working with offshore/outsourcing firms will be advantageous.
  • Must be able to work during Australian working hours (6 AM - 3 PM, KL time) (Monday - Friday).
