About the Role:

  • Develop and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives, focusing on digital product development, supply chain optimization, and customer experience enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and commercial, to understand business challenges and recommend tailored IT solutions.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for digital innovation and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP integrations, IoT-enabled technologies, and CRM tools.
  • Oversee the deployment and scaling of digital solutions across relevant processes, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Monitor performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production uptime, defect rates, and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience working with IT system implementations, digital products design/development, or IT business partnerships.
  • Proficient in Agile and DevOps ways of working.
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing business processes and general CRM and order fulfillment supply chain.
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve bugs/fixes when required.
