About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Expert to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to new and existing customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Average at least 50 qualified prospects per month for sales presentations.
  2. Meet the monthly sales targets of 15 sales units with a closing ratio of 1:5 of the total tour/prospect presented.
  3. Participate in road shows/exhibitions as required.
  4. Service all members recruited in a professional manner and submit after-sales service reports weekly.
  5. Implement all sales strategies in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Closely follow up with the Head, Sales Team, and coordinate efforts to close deals with unsold prospects.
  7. Achieve a minimum of 100 effective outreach contacts each month.
  8. Conduct market research of product offerings and provide feedback to the company.
  9. Perform any other duties as instructed by your superior or management from time to time.

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Islamic Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in personal financing.
