Job Overview
As a Production Engineer at Chin Hin Group, you will be responsible for leading the production team to optimize processes, ensure quality standards, and drive productivity. Your expertise in manufacturing operations will play a critical role in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Production Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, quality, and output.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with departments such as QC and Maintenance to ensure seamless process flow and effective communication.
  4. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain stringent quality standards and procedures to guarantee product integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing production methods, equipment performance, and workflow to optimize overall productivity.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, reports, and procedures for analysis and improvement initiatives.
  7. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the production environments.

Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering – Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the Polymer Concrete, Fiberglass, or Concrete Industries.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong personality and ability to lead a team with diverse backgrounds and expertise.
  4. Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  5. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  6. Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate with various departments for streamlined operations.
  7. Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production setting.
