Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Specialist to join our team at Minde Group (Recruitment Company). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Production Schedules: Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure all materials and resources are available for production processes.
  3. Monitor Production Progress: Track production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in customer orders or production issues.
  4. Analyze Data and Identify Bottlenecks: Analyze data to identify potential bottlenecks or delays in production and develop contingency plans to address them.
  5. Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers: Manage lead times and delivery expectations with suppliers and customers.
  6. Ensure Accurate Tracking: Maintain detailed records of schedules, forecasts, and production outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Supply Chain Management or Related Field: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Production Planning Experience: 2-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast production needs, and excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. ERP System Familiarity: Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
