Production Administrator

A renowned manufacturing company in Malaysia, specializing in high-quality products for the global market, is seeking a Production Admin to support the production department by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily production planning and scheduling by coordinating with the production team.
• Maintain and update production records, including inventory, job orders, and material usage.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely material delivery and stock availability.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and generating production reports.
• Monitor and track production output and work closely with supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
• Coordinate with the HR and finance teams on matters related to payroll, overtime, and other production-related expenses.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related fields
• 2-4 years of experience in production or administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
