The Sales and Operations Manager role is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to lead our sales and operations teams. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and process improvements.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales initiatives to expand our market presence and customer base. You will also supervise the execution of action plans to enhance sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
In addition, you will guarantee timely and efficient collection of payments within credit limits, maintaining a robust operational system and effective debt management. You will also ensure optimal fulfillment of spare parts supply chain requirements by assessing and improving logistics, distribution, and system flow.
Furthermore, you will drive continuous process improvements to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations. Your leadership skills will also be put to the test as you lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team, fostering career development and implementing succession planning strategies.
