  2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
  3. Route Optimization: Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times. Improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. Take corrective actions to address any performance issues.
