Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans based on the communication strategy provided by the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage online communities by responding to comments, fostering conversations, and ensuring the brand tone is consistently reflected.
  • Lead the execution of digital campaigns from start to finish, aligning them with the marketing calendar and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, performance, and PR teams to ensure all content and messaging remain consistent and aligned with the broader marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms, with practical experience in creating and editing social media content (video editing, photo editing, graphic design).
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, including shooting and editing videos and photos, for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
