Job Summary:

The Manager, Risk Management (Risk Validation) will oversee quality assurance for various validations across Group Risk Management departments. This role involves reviewing the Bank's capital sufficiency and credit models' performance impact on the Bank's profit/loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent validation of RCSAs, Risk Policies, Reports, and SOPs to ensure quality assurance of operational risk controls within Group Risk Management departments.
  • Review and verify the team's validation of the Bank's capital sufficiency under normal and stressed market conditions.
  • Highlight findings from Cash Flow and Fair Value Hedge Effectiveness Test Validation.

Business Continuity Plan Coordinator

  • Evaluate risk levels and impact disruption for all departments, serving as liaison for BCP activation procedures and responses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Banking/Administration/Actuarial or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in banking/finance/audit/compliance with at least 3 years of middle management experience in risk management, audit, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management procedures and regulatory requirements for banking and financial institutions.
