Customer Experience Director

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Director at Trip.com Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience across all touchpoints. This includes ensuring that customer advisors meet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of customer advisors. Additionally, you will work closely with the Operation Manager/Group Leader to achieve business goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively, and work well under pressure. Minimum two years leadership experience in customer service team is preferred.
