Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service leadership, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing effective customer service strategies, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
