We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Service, to join our global team at OKX.

About the Job:
  • You will be responsible for driving customer service day-to-day operations, service delivery metrics, and process improvements.
  • Your expertise will be essential in developing strategic CS workflows, business standards, management systems, and incentive policies to drive operational excellence.
  • You will continuously improve service levels, leveraging customer feedback and enhancing the customer journey on our platform.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience of at least 5 years in customer service operations & shared service background.
  • Fluency (Verbal & Written) in English & Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin speaker members.
  • Proven experience leading large (>100 members) and diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with effective delegation and task management abilities.
