Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and brand positioning across multiple platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing e-commerce marketing plans to drive sales, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  2. Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.), creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
  3. Analyzing e-commerce marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance, improve key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement, traffic), and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and delivering results across multiple platforms, is required. Relevant experience in Beauty industry will be an added advantage. Additionally, the candidate should have demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading digital marketing strategies, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
