Job Summary:

Main Duties

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  2. Provide support to branches, trainers, and agency members on training-related matters.
  3. Perform administrative tasks related to training coordination.
  4. Contribute to company, division, and department projects.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to write and speak fluently in both English and Mandarin.
  3. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  4. Familiarity with social media platforms and their uses.
  5. Good team player with adaptability and flexibility.
