Responsibilities:

  • You will perform reporting analysis & packages, support corporate with ad-hoc reporting, other tasks & analysis.
  • You will perform month end close, expenses variance analysis of actual results versus forecast, expense review and accruals/reclassification and support accounting treatment.
  • You will yearly budget and quarterly forecast planning and analysis.
  • You will consolidate / coordinate recurring close activities.
  • You will partner with leadership in project management by monitoring project timeline and liaising with business partner to follow-up timely on action items till closure.
  • You will efficiently collaborate meetings/projects and keep track on all updates.
  • You will proactively challenge the current processes and develop business process improvements.
  • You will involve in KPI and metrics tracking and measurement.
  • You will support & comply operational control process, audit, SOX, regulatory, statutory and other compliance.

What We Offer:

  • You will experience working in a finance reporting/analytics environment.
  • You will have expert/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • You will have experience connecting or dealing with multiple data sources using Excel, Power BI, SQL or other tools.
  • You will have experience in budgeting, forecasting and new report development.
  • You will have SAP, Macro, Power Query, RPA & AI knowledge.

Requirements:

  • You must have Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or professional qualification.
