About the Role
  • Job Summary: Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide personalized rehabilitation and hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility and recover from injury or illness.
    • Monitor patients' posture and guide them through exercises to ensure correct techniques and prevent injury.
    • Refer patients to doctors and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
    • Maintain and regularly check the safety of all equipment, ensuring proper records are kept.
    • Build strong relationships with patients, including seniors, and create a supportive environment.
    • Complete tasks within set timeframes and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Actively report progress and updates to senior staff.
    • Utilize excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to manage patient care.
    • Demonstrate effective time management to balance multiple tasks.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, minimum 1 year of experience, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
