Job Title: Assistant Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Support senior engineers in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and process efficiency, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Participate in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of engineering activities, including test results and process changes, to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Gain hands-on experience in various engineering functions, including mechanical, electrical, and production engineering, to develop a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in manufacturing processes and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering software and tools is an added advantage, enabling efficient data analysis and process optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.
