Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Policy Coordinator to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan MatchLink. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, tax, legal, and external auditors, to address reporting issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide support to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Key qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certificate (Accounting) designation preferred.
  2. 4-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
  3. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS/MFRS standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  4. Experience with tax planning strategies, including transfer pricing, tax credits, and international tax issues.
  5. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
