The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing infrastructure development projects, preferably in the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, working closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Oversight of project execution, including coordination with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Coordinating with project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

You will also support contract negotiation with Client's third-party contractors, in alignment with Client's project manager and legal counsel.
