Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Solutions Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member, you will be responsible for interpreting customer specifications for voltage regulators and accessories. You will also participate in technical and commercial negotiations, lead project teams, and select subcontractors/partners according to defined criteria.

Your Responsibilities
  • Interpret customer specifications for offers and orders related to voltage regulators and accessories.
  • Enter customer orders in SAP for internal processing and planning.
  • Participate in technical and commercial negotiations or clarification meetings.
  • Lead project teams to organize, plan, schedule, and execute customized service projects.
  • Select subcontractors/partners according to defined criteria and monitor their performance.
  • Perform site visits as required.
  • Prepare reports for Sales Management.
  • Maintain close cooperation with relevant departments locally and at headquarters.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
  • Basic knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Transformer Service with a minimum of 2 years in installation work related to 132KV or more.
  • Knowledge of transformers including experience related to service and commissioning.
  • International project management and execution experience is an advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Intercultural understanding, clear communication, and solution orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and holistic view.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office; knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
