We are seeking an experienced Productivity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the output of every machine to increase efficiency. You will also lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities focused on root cause analysis to solve problems and achieve 100% conformance to customer requirements.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities (e.g., Kaizen, Kanban) focused on root cause analysis to solve problems and achieve 100% conformance to customer requirements.
  • Monitor scrap performance to ensure draughtsmen fully utilize nesting to reduce scrap.
  • Perform other ad-hoc activities assigned from time to time.
  • Support production in line improvement to control overhead and increase productivity.
  • Responsible for making jigs, trolleys, and racks to smoothen the process and ensure 5S.
