- Coordinate with colleagues and peers in Cigna's US Enterprise Infrastructure Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively monitor and resolve infrastructure service issues prior to escalation, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
- Ensure Service Now incident, requests, problem, and change records are proactively updated, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in change activities that may be scheduled out of hours, ensuring business continuity and minimal impact on our services.
- Manage and technically drive project deliverables and initiatives to completion, working closely with key stakeholders and project managers to implement solutions.
- Adhere to Information Protection Policies and Business Continuity Plans, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Follow operational processes and policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in your role.
- Ensure 24x7x365 operation, participating in the on-call rota to provide support and resolve issues outside of regular working hours.
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM for OS and application deployment, as well as Microsoft Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 troubleshooting and Service Now change and incident management workflow.
- A service and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix), Automation experience with PowerShell, and Nutanix HCI.
- Knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodology and ITIL Certifications.
- Experience with JAMF – Apple Enterprise Management solution and Stratodesk Thin Client Technology.
