The New Role
You will be responsible for processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and verifying entries. You should analyze invoice reports, record transactions, and charge expenses to accounts and cost centers. Additionally, you will participate in process improvements and discussions across the AP team.

Key Responsibilities
* Process and verify invoices
* Resolve processed work by comparing system reports to balances and vendor accounts
* Analyze invoice/expense reports and record transactions
* Participate in process improvements and discussions
* Support month-end activities, including closing and reconciliations

Requirements to Succeed
The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with around 3-5 years' working experience in AP. Good presentation skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency in SAP experience and OCR tools is mandatory. Strong knowledge in English and Vietnamese is also necessary to support the Vietnam entity.
