Job Description:

Tech Harvest Capital is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and disseminating engaging content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, design, and editing skills, with a strong command of English and Malay languages. You should also be familiar with social media analytics platforms and broader tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop original content ideas based on target audience interests, industry trends, and marketing goals.
  2. Responsible for inbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online.
  3. Produce engaging multimedia content including photos, videos, GIFs, and animations, that align with the brand's tone and style.
  4. Monitor audience engagement metrics and respond to audience feedback and inquiries in engaging with followers and fostering a sense of community around the brand.
  5. Maintain a content calendar to plan and organize content creation and distribution schedules.
  6. Adjust content strategies based on data insights to optimize future posts and improve engagement.
  7. Collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and external agencies to boost content reach.
  8. Work with other team members such as designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to brainstorm ideas, gather feedback, and ensure content meets objectives and standards.
