Administrative Services Associate

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Ocean Pacific Seafood & Meat Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department and execute HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Process payroll and maintain attendance records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates welcome).
- Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
